- Accepted forms of payment include cash, cards, Moncash, Natcash, and Bank Transfer.

- Clients are asked to fill out a health form before each session to disclose any health issues, allergies, or medical conditions.

- Information provided is confidential and used to customize the session to the client's needs.

- Personal information of clients is treated with confidentiality.

 

Hygiene Policy:

- The establishment maintains a strict cleanliness protocol to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.

- Massage tables and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitized between each appointment.

- Therapists follow proper hand hygiene practices, such as washing hands before and after each session.

- Clean linens and towels are used for each client, and disposable face cradle covers are provided.
